The Partitioned, Full-Flat Seat Takes To The Sky The new JAL Sky Sleeper embodies a commitment to providing full satisfaction for every passenger. This unique seat reclines to a full-flat position to function as a bed in the skies. We've also added partitions between seats to create a soothing private space and assure full comfort throughout your flight. The most relaxing seat in the sky, the JAL Sky Sleeper is available in First Class on JAL international flights. First Class passengers on JAL flights can fall asleep under the warm comfort of lightweight down-feather comforters encased in natural cotton covers. JAL also provide matching feather pillows to gently support your head and neck in the most comfortable position.Sky Sleeper Seat Installation. Installation of the Sky Sleeper seats will be done in stages with the completion scheduled for late December. The newly reconfigured seats will be put into service on JAL's key long-haul routes, including those between most of its U.S. gateway cities and Tokyo, and between major European cities and Tokyo. JAL Sky Sleeper seats are just the first stage of ongoing improvements to the First Class. Many changes to the service and amenities will follow in early 1998.
